Hi, I recently bought a Withings scale, partly because of the large amount of apps it can link with (including FitBit). I can't seem to find how to link them and have been fnding multiple posts online of people saying that the link between them is broken. Can you confirm if there is any way of linking these so that the weight measurements feed to the FitBit app and the activity back to Health mate?

Apparently both Fitbit and Withings updated their APIs in the last part of 2018 and data integration was accidentally or intentionally affected. The Fitbit forum is pretty active on this issue. With a lot of techy and angry comments . Both companies say they are working to fix it

I have the same issue except I am still getting withings data to my Fitbit app but I cannot import Fitbit data to health mate.

No Withings data on my Fitbit for me since Tuesday, I did see a banner somewhere on the Withings site stating the API link was broken but now I can't find it. The last time this happened it took weeks to resolve

Update - if I use the Fitbit tool at https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings to try a manual import I get the following. Guess we'll just have to hurry up and wait!

Same issue... I wouldn't have purchased this scale if it didn't specifically claim to connect to the Fitbit app.

Same issue with a different integration partner (VidaOne) - worked fine on Tuesday, but on Wednesday it couldn't access my Withings data.
Relinking the accounts allowed me to select a user after logging in (so VidaOne was able to log in/communicate with Withings) but after that, I got an error when I clicked my 'download data' link.
Basically, the exact same issue as Fitbit users. (However, because my VidaOne software is old, Withings is refusing to look into for me. Nice show of not accepting responsibility.)
Hopefully the Fitbit fix will also allow my software to resume auto downloads too.
EDITED: TODAY (06-02-2019) my sofware is syncing again, so all fixed by Withings - thanks, guys.

Same issue. (I was working up untill Feb.4th, that was the last time my data moved over.) Awaiting the update.

I noticed my Withings to Fitbit sync was broken on Friday, Feb. 1. It had been a while since I last weighed myself. Last time with a successful sync was Monday, January 14. Hoping they get it fixed soon.
I doubt Fitbit is all that concerned. After all, they want us to use the Fitbit scale. Grrr.

Come on Nokia! Your app required a complete uninstall and reinstall to sync with you've own app. Now you say there is no resolution in sight with fitbit? In last 4 years I bought 4 scales and video monitor. The reputation damage this is having means I will never buy Withings or Nokia again.

Looks like we can do nothing more than "weight" (wait).
Hope this gets fixed soon. Fitbit has better graphs. At least the healthmate App works.

As a work around I suggest IFTTT.
I created a recipe to update Fitbit with my weight when I log an entry in Withings. Ran this morning just fine.

I just installed IFTTT from the AppStore and installed the Withings to ifit connection. Weighed myself and it worked perfectly. thanks IainG80

Interesting. I just ran Fitbit's wizard to sync with Withings, but it still fails with the "unknown status code" error. I haven't tried IFTTT to sync. I'm trying out FitnessSyncer.
