Device won't connect to WiFi and app has errors

I have a complex issues because I am having both issues with the app separately, the scale separately, and the two of them together. Bacislly scale does not work at all. Sure it will show weight. But can't connect to WiFi. Can't connect to app. App can't do anything successfully except track my steps. I tried to call support and got a page that said "phone number (for support)" and it was blank. Besides the incredibly insulting and dead-end help pages that hyperlink. To nothing does anyone have a phone number for Withings? I'm going to LinkedIn next

    I've done this but don't have the cable to connect the scale with my Mac.  What's next?

    did you ever get this resolved? two days ago i started having the same problem with Sleep and Body+ scale. won't talk to app, won't connect to wifi when they previously did.

    My scale is doing the same.  I get an error code of 000995 when ive tried to reset it.  If you get anything resolved please post.  I contacted them via email.

    Basically, login into online account then on top right select My devices from the drop down list.  Then select other devices.  From there follow instructions for resetting the wifi account.  Need to download the pairing wizard to do this.
