    I've done this but don't have the cable to connect the scale with my Mac.  What's next?

    did you ever get this resolved? two days ago i started having the same problem with Sleep and Body+ scale. won't talk to app, won't connect to wifi when they previously did.

    My scale is doing the same.  I get an error code of 000995 when ive tried to reset it.  If you get anything resolved please post.  I contacted them via email.

    Basically, login into online account then on top right select My devices from the drop down list.  Then select other devices.  From there follow instructions for resetting the wifi account.  Need to download the pairing wizard to do this.
