Try to log in using a private/incognito window in your browser or a different web browser.

I am no longer able to use the Health Mate website. I can login, but the page just indefinitely attempts to load, repeatedly failing. This problem appeared in the last week.

This is happening both in Chrome and Safari.

I am using an early 2011 Macbook Pro running 10.13.6

Can you please tell me how to remedy this problem.

Your website's use of light grey colored text on a white background is very ill advised as it is very difficult to read.

Using a private window not only worked for me, it also seemed to restore functionality in non-private windows, FWIW.

Oké, thanks it indeed works in private mode. However, as opposed to jazvac's experience, this did not restore functionality in non-private windows. I'll do things in private mode for now :)

Switching didn't restore functionality for me in non-private windows immediately. Noticed it did so about 2 weeks after moving to private windows.

Same issue but no joy in chrome/incognito/IE/in private browsing. Cleared cache also. Rebooted: YES. Been occurring for a couple weeks on work & home PC (WIN 8.1 & 10). Loops on loading journal page...  https://healthmate.withings.com/19909663/timeline

    Thanks in advance.
