How do I reset the Body+ scale

You can reset the device by inserting batteries while holding the button until the progress bar completes and says factory reset.

Which button do you hold?

I called customer service and they just sent the email below. Btw, their # if calling from the US is 800-961-5127.

Here is the instruction on how to run a reset on your scale:

• Remove one of the batteries for 30 seconds and then reinsert it
• Wait for the "check mark" to appear and then press and hold both buttons on the bottom of the scale simultaneously until you see the word "factory" appear
• It may be necessary to hold both buttons for up to 30 seconds before 'factory' is displayed

Before you install it to your new account, please do the following:

• 'Forget' the scale from the list of Bluetooth devices of the mobile device.
• Reconfigure the scale

"Both" buttons? What is the 2nd one other than the round silver one on the back?

Please, could you explane me how can I do hard reset to the scale? There is just one button e 4 batteries. No Bluetooth, just Wi-Fi not connected

There is only one button in the back of my scale.  There are 3 holes above that.  What other button is there.  I have a body+ 90 scale.  Your website is not making sense!  Give us some detailed instructions please.  Thank you

There is only one button, but I got factory reset by pressing that very long time (20s or more) At least it showed the word "factory" and after a moment it was in state looking like original.

Instead I have no idea how to reset the user accounts - that can not be modified.

So, this finally worked to reset the scale. Remove all 4 aaa batteries, get a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol and clean all battery terminals, wait about 30 seconds, re-install the 4 aaa batteries, hold the silver button on the back for about 20 seconds, a check mark should appear, press it again and it should work. Mine did finally after all these steps.

I'm unable to do a factory reset following JB Jude instructions.

The bluetooth pair icons keeps appearing.

It refers to one button button but there are two.

I'm pressing both simultaneously.

There are two users on the scale and I only want one. How can I remove the other user. It doesn't do this when I remore other accounts on the mobile phone.

Remove 2nd user on your account on line. That's what I had to do. As for Bluetooth should be a button on your app you downloaded and reset wifi. You will have to hold button on back down for 3 seconds. App may find wifi or you enter again and password
