    I have the same problem. The Withings BPM doesn't calibrate and can't be adjusted.  It may be that one size cuff doesn't fit all as claimed but that it elevates blood pressure readings for those with large arms.  This could lead to wrong diagnoses and so it renders the Withings BPM unacceptable until it is fixed either by a Smartphone recalibration or by offering a larger cuff, depending on what the science indicates is the problem.
