    I have exactly the same problem since I got a Moto G7... raised a ticket with the customer service, but they simply followed the script of "Please reset the watch" - "You must not have reset it correctly".

    Seems like the Pulse Ox is not compatible with Android 9

    I have the same issue with Pixel 3 XL running Android 9. (Pie).

    I contacted Withings Customer Service ... that's the answer ..

    Thank you for your patience.

    I was able to speak to our developers team and they confirmed there is a compatibility issue between the Pulse and some Android devices running OS versions above Android 8 that prevents the Pulse from properly connecting to the phone.

    As the Pulse is an end-of-life product, there will be no more development for it. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that this is causing.

    If you have another device that is not running an OS above Android 8, you can use the Pulse with it.
