    Also, how do you contact Withings Support? I see a telephone number hidden in their legal documents, but no email contact support. Clicking the Contact Us button only directs to the FAQ section.

    Do you have heart rate tracking constantly enabled? I read reviews that said that that sucks power. By default I think it it only checks your HR every 20-30 mins. that said,  10 days sounds pretty good to me, but I'm coming from a FitBit where i had to recharge every 2 days on the Charge 2 and 5 days on the Charge 3

    Go read a few reviews, they get the claimed battery life, failing that talk to support or check the Support pages (Above right) they tell you how to do things like set your watch up properly.

    I have to agree - the battery life is awesome compared to ANY other smart watch

    I agree with the comments above. The battery life is pretty good on the hr Sport. I charge mine weekly just out of habit. If you are having difficulties contacting cs, you could contact them via twitter or facebook!

    My Steel HR lasts barely 12 hours with almost every feature turned off
    Its a uses item but lasted a little over a full day of full use to begin with even with HR active and use during workouts
    Its now unacceptable, fully charging, part charging and resets etc etc have made no difference
    I wouldnt even mind charging it every day but im not able to use any features and still its dying on me during the day
    It seems to just guess the %age on screen whilst charging too as it can go from 0% to 25% within 2 minutes
    And goes from 100 to 92 within minutes also
    Gutted the battery cant be replaced

    Hello, I bought withings steel HR 8.10. 20019 After 3 weeks I have 8% battery. I plugged in the charger and plugged in my watch ... no response. I checked everything and doesn't charge. What next? Thanks.

    You do have to have the watch the right way on the charger. There is a cutout for the button. You may also have to wipe the back of the device as sweat buildup can block the pogo pins used to charge the device. When it works, then the screen lights up with a battery percentage bar, and stays on while charging.

    Everything you mentioned I did ... I have them 3 weeks and after the first "recharging" do not charge me .... complaints? What is the procedure? Well thank you.

    I'd take it back to where you got it. If you got it from Amazon you can send it back to them within a month. get a new one.
