    I encountered the same issue and contacted Withings support and I was now able to get my watch connected to my phone. Please reach out to them at https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

    I was able to fix this similar connectivity issue by clearing the Bluetooth cache. Thanks to some forums I visited as they gave me this troubleshooting. You may actually google the steps of clearing the Bluetooth cache.
