I just purchased the steel hr watch and find that the link between myfitnesspal and healthmate does not work. I contacted tech support and did all troubleshooting with no resolution. Today, I got an email from health mate tech support stating that it takes up to 24 hours for food intake to sync from myfitnesspal to health mate and any meals added after noon will not synch until the next day after midnight even when it does work. To me this is totaly unacceptable and makes the product less than advertised and pretty useless for me. Anyone that agrees with me please vote this post up for a resolution.

I did contact MFP but no answer. HealthMate support did answer me and passed it up to higher level, then on to developers, so this is a real issue. My daughter uses the same platform as I and doesnt have the same issue but lives in Europe. So I believe it has to do with time zones and incorrect time/date stamp on data.

I have the free MyFitnessPal account and my exercise data flows from my Health Mate app to MyFitnessPal no problem, but my nutrition information from MyFitnessPal does not flow to my Health Mate app. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you correct? Do you need a premium MyFitnessPal account for the info to flow to Health Mate app partner?
