My wife has a steel HR and I have another. When I try to connect one of the clocks to the application of my mobile phone, the other mobile phone also shows the same clock, disconnects the previous and both phones can only see a clock. In the web application it only performs the data collection of one of the two. How could we fix this?

When doing the installation for your wife's Steel HR, it is important that you select separate users to have the Steel HR installed to, even if you happen to be part of the same family account.
First, log out of the Health Mate app on each of your phones. Then, log back in, and be sure each of you is selecting your own unique user. Finally, when your wife installs her watch (or, you install yours, whichever one is not yet installed and sending data), when you are prompted to select a user, be sure to select your own unique user in the list.
If this is completed correctly, you should see a watch for each of you in the application, and each user should have their own steps.
