    My steel HR lasted less than one year. The hands of the watch permanently show the time as, ten to ten

    worst support ever!  Does not track accurately and no way to contact - no response to email and it gives option to contact by phone but no phone number.  Does anyone have a number or a way to chat?

    I wish!  I have been leaving requests on here for weeks.  They mark the issue as solved even though no one has contacted me and the issue has not been addressed.  Crazy.  Is there anyone still at this company?
