I have to describe my problems with ordering on your store, since i've been writing to support and repeating myselfe to them for much too long and i problem is still not solved.
On black friday i ordered some product out of your shop and later on bought it. I didn't received no confirmation email with tracking number, but i thought, it doesnt matter it will be here by newyers eve. After two weeks i didn't received it so i was curious and went checking. First i checked if i payed for a product on paypall since i didnt know whereelse to check - and i did. After explaining to support they found my article tracking number - where i noticed that the article was returned from mine address (ok it can happen), but i did not received no notification i should go to a post, no package was waiting for me, nothing. Since the article was returned into France (i guess) and support had no solution - they suggested me to call there and i did, but post delivery support number wasnt working. I've tried several times, since i still hopped i'll received package when i needed it.
So after some more "chating" with support with no real solution - like we will send you new article rightaway sir, etc.. i decided to request money back. Usually this request takes up to 14 days, well it's been more than a month now.
Well thanks for spending my time on a matter that should be solved quickly :) ...
