I have a steel HR that suddenly stopped tracking my sleep. The first symptom was that it recorded my sleep as all "not deep" (light blue), which was very unusual, typically had a mix, with a score of 90-94. Then, the next night, no sleep at all. I took the app off my phone and reinstalled it to no avail. Nothing changed other than it stopped tracking. I am at a loss.

Apparently the steel and HR also have a temperature sensor built in. When we sleep, our temperature drops accordingly. This is one way the watch detects sleep as opposed to inactivity. To do this, your watch must be really snug against your wrist. My gf had the same issue which was resolved by simply tightening the strap by 1 notch.

I also seems to have several nights without any sleep according my Steel. I have done factory reset, but this seems to continue. After few nights follows several nights without any recording.
Do anybody of you have heard from Withings what this is about? I checked on the support page, but the answers they offer on the support page seems to be very general, most about how to sync the watch with the app.
