I was excited to purchase a Withings watch. So much so I decided to purchase the Limited Edition watch for myself, and if it was what I expected I would purchase the Champagne Gold Limited Edition for my wife. Said watch was to come with 2 free watch bands, that I never was given the opportunity to select. After I paid for the watch, I reached out to online customer service inquiring about this. In writing (I still have it) "I see your order here and it has been processed for shipping. Maybe the offer expired. Your watch will arrive soon". Offer expired??? It is still on your website! Not accepting that, I decided to call customer service. I explained to the lady my situation. She placed me on hold while she researched the problem. Comes back online with "sir I am having difficulty finding this offer, would you please take a screenshot of where you saw this and send it to me". It is on your website!!!! I asked for a supervisor, and my problems went on and on and on. To the point I told her I wanted to cancel my order. When spending money for what should be a quality product, I would expect customer service to be of quality. I fear the quality of your customer service reflects on the quality of your product. Despite my cancel of the order the watch did arrive. With the black face on it, I cannot read it, even if I wanted to try it. I do look forward to hearing from an informed rep.
