    Same issue here. I've made about 10 measurements and now can't get it to work! What a waste of money! Tried unpairing it and repairing it, but won't connect now at all. Light still blinking green.

    I’ve had similar - it has been measuring fine for 2 months, and mid measure it gave up. It blinks blue, blinks green and dies when you pair it from the iphone

    I am having the same issue with the blinking green light and not being able to use my device. Is there a FIX? I only see people with this issue but not a fix

    Mine was doing the same blinking and i have an iPhone 11 with iOS13.1.2. I called support and they told me to hold the button on top for 25secs. I did and it flashed once green. Then i waited 10 more seconds and pressed the button once and then it changed to blue and let me pair it.

    Same issue reported here - iPhone 11/iOS 13. Blinking green LED. Unfortunately, jbwoody’s trick did not work for me.

    Same problem here as well. iPhone 11/iOS 13 and regardless of if I have a green or blue light blinking or otherwise my phone just won't see it. It's basically a paper weight now. Some support would be nice!

    iOS 13.1.3 with new iPhone 11 Pro--basically the same issue.  Won't pair with the new phone.  I had communicated with support and they suggested a procedure similar to jbwoody.  It worked briefly, but lost the ability to pair properly.  I deleted the BPM and tried to again pair it--no luck.

    All, I advise you to contact the customer support and precise that you can't connect your BPM with the iPhone 11. It seems that something changed with the bluetooth on the iPhone 11 and complicate the connection. A new BPM firmware exists to help this point (progressive rollout in progress) so the customer support can make it available for you sooner. However, you will need to update it with another phone or insist until the connection work on iPhone 11.
