    Hello, 

    I am sorry to read about the issue you're having at this time with receiving notifications on your Steel HR. If you haven't already done so, I would recommend rebooting your mobile device, as well as perform a factory reset of the watch. However, do keep in mind that you should sync your data to the app before performing the factory reset. 

    After reconfiguring the Steel HR to your account, if you still continue to experience the issue, please reach out to our Support team so they can look into it much further.

    Hi, I did a hard reset, rebooted my device and now the watch is unable to connect with the phone. The app keeps saying "Looking for you Steel HR" but it never connects.

     

    How can I get in touch with the support team?
