    I've used my scale the last 18 months with no any connection problem, and suddenly the last 10 days, no any connection.

    After read and tried all with no any result, finally I've seen while in the bathroom the problem persists, when the scale is moved NEAR the router my app receives the measurement in a few seconds...  

    So due to my phone says wifi reception is good in my bathroom, and  batteries are new, the last app update  includes some 'energy save' to reduce the wireless range in the scale.

    I'm using Samsung A50 running Android Pie and the connection between my scale and my phone has been good. How far is your scale from the router? I highly recommend that you place your scale within 10 feet of your WiFi router. It happened to me before and when I moved the scale near the router, it synced. You should try it.

    My scale is in my bedroom two walls to the router, my phone a OnePlus6 Runs Pie, (as does my OnePlus 3t) not had any problem syncing. Sometimes my steps from yesterday are off, but my whole family, (including the cat) are registered they all sync. Old German house from the 30's Solid walls, cool in Summer.
