    Made any changes to your WiFi network? Mine stopped after I accidentally turned off my 2.4G WiFi, turning it back on again and it was back to normal.

    No changes to my WiFi. I was watching some YouTube videos on the WS-50 issues. Here is one:

    I am not expert enough to do what was done in the video. I don't know why Withings does not have a repair / service center in the U.S.

    my scale will not display any data it is totally black.  I changed batteries to see that was the problem that did not work either.
