    Hi!

I have the exactly same problem. I've contacted support but I got nothing so far. Did you ever found a solution for this?

    Thanks!

I had the same problem. After failing to inflate the sensor bladder, the LED on the sensor would stay blue. If I waited longer, it would flash red. This means the bladder is leaking, according to Withings.

I opened the sensor, which has only 4 small screws. I used a screwdriver set for smartphone repair.

The connection between the pump/sensor tube and the bladder is extremely fragile. I inflated the bladder by blowing air into it, and it clearly is not leaking. When I closed the connector that goes into the bladder, the LED went green, so that is fine, too.

The problem is this fragile connection. I am now thinking of a way to fix it, without gluing it closed permanently.

    Hi Daniel.

I went through the help desk and performed all the reinstall tasks, to no avail. They declared the sensor dead and offered me a 25% discount on a new purchase (I took them up on that offer).

I pulled the sensor apart and found the air pump operational but not pumping air. (this is obviously the root problem) - The company that produces the item (Oken seiko) says on their website the item is no longer available and that it has a finite life - meaning that the pump is bound to fail at some stage.
