Since the latest firmware update, every time I start and activity like cycling or jogging on my Steel HR, the watch nudges me to connect to my iPhone, or if I am connected, then to turn on location data.
Now, I really enjoy working out away from my phone, and when the phone is around, I totally intentionally do not want location data.
So far so good, but the nudges on the watch mean that every single time I start an activity, I must now wait 3 seconds, then press the button to make the nudge go away. If I press too soon, then the nudges remains, and my watch moves to the next screen (e.g., from elapsed time to heart rate) - something which I don't want.
Please solve this UX issue. This was introduced with the latest firmware update, and I see the reason is to highlight features. But I am aware of those features, I don't use them, and in exchange my everyday use case has just become annoying.
