Dry or wet feet when I weigh myself

    The moisture level of your feet can affect the accuracy of getting your body composition. I was advised by the support team to have a sufficiently moist feet in order for the scale to get the most accurate measurements like weighing in after shower will help.

    Yes, thanks for that. I have tried dampening the soles of my feet and wiping the surface with a damp cloth (water only), but still find the variations exceptionally wide. I've reverted to my old machine and just use the Withings periodically.

    It really helps for more accurate measurements. I always use my scale every after a shower.

    If you have rough feet they can eventually scratch off the aluminum coating on the glass surface which will change the impedance measurement.
