I also just got the Steel HR Sport, also not able to get the hands coordinated. Digital is correct, hands show 4 hr 20 min difference. Going into set up I change the hands then they adjust on their own to a different time. Not able to correct.

I set both clock hands to 12:00, then the other dial to 100 and the phone set both digital and hands to the correct time.  I did not set the clock hands to the time it is now.

My steels hour hand not moving even when trying to calibrate it! It’s seems to be stuck pointing to the number 4 the other seems to move as normal and the digital clock displays the correct time. It’s fully charged so should I be taking back to John Lewis?

I solved the problem of incorrect position of the time markers by improving the alignment from set-up. In SETUP HEALTH MATE App for CALIBRATING THE HANDS you must pay attention when set 12:00 on the smartphone and take a look on the same time on the watch to controlling that hand is in correct position: 12:00 on the APP and 12:00 on the watch.

Instructions say to navigate to Set the Time in Settings. However, there is no Set the Time option in Settings.

I fixed the wrong hour hand (but correct digital time) problem by resetting the watch and reinstall in Health Mate.

Same thing here - wrong hour hand but correct digital time.  I reset the watch and reinstalled Health Mate - actually rebooted my iphone as well.  Can't figure how to get back in to re-calibrate and the watch won't reset, won't communicate with the app.

Janet - it happened again for me but this time I managed to fix it simply by going to My Devices in Health Mate and choose Set the Time. It let me recalibrate that way without reinstalling.

Thanks for the post, Connie.  When I go to Devices in the Health Mate app, the only choices are to see a listing of the devices that I can purchase or install a device.  When I go through the steps to install a device, it gets stuck when looking for the watch.  Says it can't find it.  I'm not seeing anything that says "My devices" or "set time."  Any ideas?

Janet, looks like your phone couldn't detect your watch. Have you checked out the troubleshooting for installing your device? https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/226956528-I-m-having-issues-installing-my-Steel-HR-Steel-HR-Sport-What-should-I-do-
