Steps from healthmate won't sync with noom

I’m in a can not connect to Noom nightmare And looking for help. At first my Move watch worked wonderful, then periodically (is have to reset it). Then not at all. I bought a Steel, and have not been able to fat it to connect at all. I’ve done all the steps at Noom hell center too. Any one know hoe to solve this riddle?

Je ne possède pas de iPhone ou autres tel portable, mais mon épouse a un iPhone X. en initialisant un éventuel achat avec son iPhone, m'est-il possible de transférer mes résultats de son iPhone vers mon iMac? Comme pour mon pèse-personne "Witting" ? Si oui quel produit me proposeriez-vous? Sachant que je n'ai pas besoin de connexion téléphone et autres applications de communication( J'entends très mal.. Le téléphone ne m'est d'aucune utilité.

I’m having this same issue. The Noom app shows that my Health Mate all is synced properly and my steps are syncing properly with health mate but they aren’t showing up at all in the Noom app.

I’m having the same issue it was syncing and 2 days ago it stopped. And now health mate app eon’t even show on the source options from noom.

Same exact thing. I'm having to reroute Health Mate to my Apple Health Steps but it never syncs correctly so when it gets to my Noom app, it's always several hundred steps less than I actually did that day. And Noom is no longer showing up in options for apps in my Health Mate app. 

I have sorted the issue by syncing my Withings with apple health app and using the health app on Noom as my step counter

For iOS Go to Settings - privacy settings - Apple Health - Noom - and allow it to read data. But I just turned mine on, so it works for now. We will see how long it lasts as others have said it stops.

I have just acquired, at considerable expense, a Scanwatch. I only bought it because my Huawei tracker was not on the list for NOOM. Now, if I understand Withings only response to any of these posts correctly, the scanwatch cannot be linked to NOOM. What a complete waste of money. Has anyone with the same issue ever received a response from Withings?

Cannot for the life of me figure out how to synch my Body 6 weight measurements with Noom. Suggestions?
