I just got a HR pulse watch and tested it out with a workout using the "fitness" mode. 30 minutes into my workout i pressed the side button on my watch to see how everything was going, the calories burnt said 3. How is it possible for me to burn 3 calories 30 minutes into a workout? When I was finished with the whole workout after an hour it gave me more of a reading and the calories were really low compared to another fitness watch I was using in the past.
Anyone else have this problem? I would love to see how many calories I'm burning while I'm working out. Perhaps I have a broken watch?
