I am wondering why withings health mate App is not providing the option of tracking HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Workout to be tracked using the Withing STeel HR. This is the most upcoming and trendy thing in the workout circuit and there are competitor products from companies like Garmin Wahoo and FitBit have introduced this work out tracking by tweaking their app features and using the Heart Rate Monitors i.e. no additional sensor of hardware.

I'm not sure either, I was hoping that I would be able to track my HIIT exercises. It would be a pretty simple software add, being able to set your interval times, and maybe have vibrations tell you when the intervals are changing. Now I have to rely on my phone, which can be a pain to see/hear when doing sprints. Just commenting to let them know this would be a valuable feature.

Thanks for adding your valuable input. This is another limitation that I am facing with no HIIT tracking in withings the whole workout tracked as "others" so you need to have a separate application on phone to track the workout which is quite annoying. Also if we have to rely on the phone for our fitness tracking then having withings Steel HR on wrist is not serving its purpose to the fullest.

I attend Orange Theory classes five times a week and it’s super annoying now having this watch as it can’t calculate my workout so to speak. HIIT seems pretty popular now so would be great to have a workout option knowing you’re essentially bouncing around a room between weights and sprinting!
