My Thermo doesn’t turn on, it just vibrates

    The support was not able to help me. They can't fix this issue.

    They proposed to purchase another Thermo with a very small discount : obvisouly I refused to buy another product due to the poor quality of this item. I changed for another brand.

    I have(had) the same problem. I’m thinking it’s the spring that contacts the negative end of one of the batteries.  I think it got a bit deformed and is contacting something near it.  Try to pull it towards the outside of the thermo.
