    I have followed the steps on this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/235670168-Steel-HR-Steel-HR-Sport-I-m-having-issues-with-notifications-What-should-I-do- and after that, I am now able to receive notifications on my watch again. I hope this will also help you.

    My HR Sport stops receiving notifications about every 2 weeks.  I followed the procedure defined in the previous comment and it works eventually, but I find that getting the watch to reboot and reconnect with my iPhone generally takes about 15-30 minutes.  I got the watch as a Christmas gift.  I reported these issues to Withings as noted below:

    Reported instances: Jan 21, Feb 3, Feb 9, Feb 16, Mar 2, Mar 14, Mar 28, Apr 13, Apr 22, May 9, Jun 12, Jun 23.  Note, that's 12 times since Christmas.  They continue to tell me there is a firmware update on the way to resolve this.  I've been waiting months for this, and its still not here.

    Now I'm asking for a refund and they initially said the watch wasn't bought direct from Withings, so I provided a receipt proving otherwise.  They are now saying a refund is impossible because its outside of 30 days from purchase.  My first report of an issue was within 30 days of receiving the watch.  What kind of Customer Service is this?
