Is there any way to increase the date display timing!?!?
I found it so fast that i can't really read the date.

Agree - half a second date, I can barely focus quickly enough.
You cannot press the button again to check the date for a second time - you have to press multiple times through the menu and when I finally reach date again, it's on for 0.5 seconds again.
What is the purpose of this brief display followed by the digital time (when I can already see the analogue time)?
A very simple thing to change, I would have thought?

As suggested, there should be a settable option to have date displayed without disappearing basically, instead of time. I also wrote to their support several times unsuccessfully. And as seen here, this thread is not answered either. Get into the fight NOKIA! Do something! Br Torben C. Copenhagen. Danmark.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us and for the link you've provided. I'm sorry to hear that your Steel HR is showing the date too fast. I'll be happy to assist.
The Steel HR normally shows the date briefly and adjusting the timing is not an available option. However, I'm happy to share this with our development team as feedback to improve our products and services in the near future.
Please stay tuned for future feature announcements by following our Twitter and Facebook accounts, and checking on our blog.

Thank you and have a nice day!

I'm brand new to the watch today. That is one thing that I really don't like (because I can never remember the date especially now). I sent them a suggest to at least separate the date from the time. That is, the first click should be date, then the second can be time. The third can be heart rate, etc. That should be super easy to implement from a development point of view.

I bought the watch not as a smart watch but as a great looking watch with an easy to read date display. Except the date is hard to catch. At the very least the time it displays should be increased, even better if the first click shows the date and leaves it as a display - and the time is the next click.
Based on research online I am not the only one who purchased the watch based on design rather than as a smart watch.

Great watch but as with everyone else - the date display is too quick. I suggest either it be extended to 1 second or be customisable length of time or split into it’s own display page and separated from digital time which I also find useful in the dark so I would not suggest that digital time be deleted but, separated instead.
I am sure a downloadable update could take care of this. -
It is utterly pointless to have a support form / community forum if you totally ignore it. This is SUPER SIMPLE TO SOLVE !!! Why won't you simply do it? Do you care so little about the people who buy your watches?
It is difficult to read the date in such a short time - and then I have to wait forever to call the date up again and it again disappears quickly.
-
Show the date as the first click AND LEAVE IT VISIBLE until I click on to the next smart watch feature. You do it for all the other features which I don't use. Why not for the date?
The time can be shown on second click for dark. Or the other way round. Doesn't matter. But let me decide how long I want to see the function I look at. Don't decide for me. Especially not this badly.

"Hello Withings Team
I just bought a ScanWatch. It's top notch but one thing really bothers me. The day and date are so small and vanish almost instantly. It's really hard to read for me at the age of 61. I wish there was a separate screen with the date which stays on longer and bigger. Actually, I bought the ScanWatch as a Watch and not as a smartwatch. And a real watch just has to have a date. Greetings A."
