I am having the same issue with the same apps. So far today I have 12,932 steps in the Health app but the HealthMate app only shows 7,997.

Yesterday I had 11,328 steps in the Health app but HealthMate only shows 276 steps!

I have tried the troubleshooting steps listed in the Support section but to no effect.

I downloaded the app after buying the corresponding scales three weeks ago and it had worked fine until yesterday. It was to help keep track with an exercise regime that also includes exercising at home. Luckily I was also manually logging my stats on a spreadsheet so I have them all stored anyway and am seeing results.

Whilst I am still happy with the scales, I am disappointed by the failure of the app - especially after such a short time! Surely there must be a fix possible.

Try signing out of the app and then back in. Then go to Health and under sources look for HealthMate. Disable Health Mate step data, close out and then re-enable it after going back in. That fixed it for me, but this shouldn't happen when there's an "update."

I am also having same problem for IOS app for sync up. I have walked 11983 steps on 15th Apr, but this app shows zero. Similarly I had walked 10147 steps on 16th Apt, but this app shows only 533 steps. Something wrong in the app. Lot of defects on Sync up. Please fix it

Here's how I could fix this on iOS. Try to reproduce these steps, see if it works for you.

    1. Delete the Health Mate app from your phone. When iOS asks whether you want to delete Health data too, choose yes.

    2. Reinstall the app, and sign back in to your account. The data will still be missing.

    3. Go to the Profile tab. Scroll down to the Apps section. Health should be unchecked.

    4. Tap Health. A page will pop up where you can activate Health Categories. Click on the top right to activate all categories and save.

    5. Go back to the Timeline and pull down to refresh. All your data should now be there.

I had a similar issue, but with my weight being recorded in the app, but not transferring to Apple Health... this broke on Apr 4th... I deleted the app and re-installed, but now receive an error when attempting to log back into the app. My credentials work just fine on the withings site... i receive an error code of -1005 in app when trying to login.

I had the same problem. gabrielhl's solution worked.  It took a while because I had years of data, but it resolved all my missing data issues. It even corrected lost steps that occurred whenever I updated the Health Mate App in the middle of the day, and Health Mate did not resync. It correctly resynced steps and all other data from months ago going back several years.

    Thank you gabrielhl!
