    In my case, I did contact  support. With the exception of trying to pair the Move watch with an Android device(I don’t have one & my family members also have iPhones), I followed all of their instructions over multiple emails. It still will not show 10:10 or pair with my phone. I hope someone in the forum has an answer. I don’t think my phone is the problem because my watch will not pair with my iPad,either.

    I have and continue to have same problem.  Emails to company are not helpful.  Lots of things to try but nothing works. I'm going to try to send it back as it is still under warranty.
