I can no longer get WITHINGS MOVE to pair with my iPhone Bluetooth and install on my healthmate app. There’s not much I haven’t tried, except getting a battery for my 2 week
old MOVE. I was so excited about this product when I first synced and installed it. Was such an encouragement for my walking improvement.
So sad.😢

In my case, I did contact support. With the exception of trying to pair the Move watch with an Android device(I don’t have one & my family members also have iPhones), I followed all of their instructions over multiple emails. It still will not show 10:10 or pair with my phone. I hope someone in the forum has an answer. I don’t think my phone is the problem because my watch will not pair with my iPad,either.
