I too have just bought a Nokia-branded Body Cardio from Amazon, which similarly refuses to update beyond firmware version 1751.

I'm using Health Mate version 4.3.4 on Android, with the scale connected directly to WiFi.

It updated to 1751 on first connection, but won't find or update further to 1811.

    What am I doing wrong?

I have returned mine back to Amazon, i will be buying directly from Withings. Is a shame that we have no response from Withings to this!

Same here. My body cardio (purchased from amazon.de) eventually received the update to 1811 after a few days, but PMV is still unavailable. Making sure that the scale is located in Germany, deleting it from the account, adding it again, deleting and re-installing the Healthmate app (for iOS, version 4.4.1) didn’t work either.

I bought directly from Witnnings, updated it right away at 1811, but there is no PVV function, the manufacturer responds to all the untruths about the problem letters - a very poor-quality service!

Don't hesitate to contact directly the support for these cases as it's needed to check the information related to the scale to give an appropriate answer.

I can happily report that I contacted Withings Support directly, supplied them with the information they requested and within 48 hours my scales had updated to firmware 1811.

The first thing I noticed after contacting support was that my Withings account started to show a new 'card' that said 'Pulse Wave Velocity - no recent data' on the left hand side of the page.

Then, when I next checked for an update, my scale found the PWV firmware and updated itself.

After performing the update, you need to take 5 weight measures over 5 days to 'calibrate' your PWV score.

I am now a very happy customer.

Withings support last week confirmed that they are still looking into the issue. However, after being able to update to firmware 1811 and having to wait for a few more days, I’ve noticed yesterday as well that PWV now shows for me in the display settings of the Body Cardio in the Withings app (iOS 4.4.1) and I was able to do the first of five required calibration measures. I guess the issue is now solved for me. Happy as well.

I also contacted Withings Support via email to get some assistance. After a few days of waiting for their Development team to investigate, my Body Cardio then updated itself to the latest 1811 firmware (without me doing anything) and the next time I weighed myself it successfully recorded my first PWV measurement. I haven't reached 5 PWV measurements yet so I still don't have full access to the data, but everything appears to be working correctly now. I recommend that you contact Withings Support if you are having this issue!
