On a daily basis, my body fat has different readings. It goes up and down and window is plus minus up to 4. Using the body cardio scale
Is anyone else getting these inconsistent readings?
Here is a pic of the crazy results, with first link being body fat and second link being body weight (no issues with weight reading, just body fat)
Also my body fat went as high as 15%. I find that erroneous. Pic for proof. Maybe I'm crazy.
