I have this Pulse HR since Christmas 2017. And throughout the time it took longer to turn it on. The batery runs out so quickly. I stop using it since early this year and today I try to turn it back on after charging it whole morning(more than 2 hours) and pressed the button more than 15 secs to no avail.
Does anyone has the same issue? such a shame as i really like it. Can I bring it back to the store? how long the warranty is for?
