    Same problem here, Android user, scale wont connectingn app just says "connencting..." and nothing happens.

    Hello, I'm trying to install my new scale. It isn't connecting and I am unable to contact support - there is no telephone number or email address. Please advise as to a human being that I can speak to regarding how to install my scale. 

    Very Frustrating.

    I finally made my scale connect to wifi by using my ipad.. It seems that the type of bluetooth used in the cardio scale is one of those fancy apple first bluetooth chips.. they work with some android devices but definitly not all of them and rarely with any of the newer Android devices.. (was bored, i took a peek inside).
