Once again, I am having trouble updating my watch. I have restarted my phone. I have reset my watch to factory settings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Healthmate app, but still the update will get to 20 % to 50% complete and fail due to "An unexpected error occurred, please try again".
Last time, it took me 3 days and over 100 attempts before it finally completed the update. Until then the watch was useless.
Any ideas? What am I missing?

It finally worked. What I had to do was:
try a couple of times
reset watch to factory settings
try some more
Turn phone off then back on
Turn bluetooth off, then back on
Delete and reinstall healthmate app
try several times
reset watch to factory settings again
delete flash-cache in watch
try several times again
send another e-mail to customer service
start tracking how far along it got before the dreaded "X" and "An unexpected error has occurred"
Then, on the third attempt, the update finally installed completely.
Over 1.5 hours and a few dozen attempts.
I hope this update is worth the hassle.
I still love this watch.

This is really disappointing, as I am currently going through this, and because of the factory reset, and the current update the watch is useless in the interim, as it does not actually tell the time, I am stuck at 10.10...... While I like the watch, this seems above and beyond for a product - especially when others are having problems. Surely - there is not a shortcut to this process?
