Today Health Mate pop ups that an update for my withings steel HR is available. During the update the bluetooth connection was lost (but the watch was laying beside the mobile phone the whole time). Now the app doesn't find the watch anymore. The watch itself seems to be working but the health Mate app says "Connection to your device can't be established".
What should I do? If I reset the device (how) or remove/add it in the app do I lost my data?
