Crack appeared from nowhere. How can I get it fixed/replaced

Same issue here - within 36 hours of ownership (though I do wonder if it was a refurb/return) because it uploaded a fortnight's worth of steps when I first synced it.
Any idea what the customer service response time is like to emails. I was expecting a confirmation, but nothing so far so I am wondering whether it has even reached them?

Withings replaced my watch free of charge (though the face did crack in the first week) after I contacted their customer services (about 18 months ago). It is worth trying that route.
I haven't had any trouble since, but I have been using a watch face protector (Brotect make some).
