I was looking forward to using my brand new Move watch having read a claim in the latest Google Play update of Health Mate that Google Fit step sync issues have finally been resolved. I setup my Move which syncs very well with Health Mate and off I went for a good long walk - over 8500 steps worth. When I returned home I synced the Move and there were my steps in Health Mate. I double checked the settings to make sure Google Fit sync was setup (both in Health Mate and Google Fit) then waited, and waited, and waited....... nothing, not a single step.
Why is it that brand new technology just simply doesn't work as claimed - there really is nothing more frustrating.
For ***** sake Withings, this isn't rocket science. You claim it works, it doesn't, please fix it.
