    You can disconnect your Runkeeper with your Withings account and then reconnect it. Most of the time, this can help resolve this. In case the same thing happens, you can contact the support team at https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. I hope this helps.

    Still doesn't work, I don't see any Runkeeper data in Healtmate. Also after disconnecting and reconnecting again.
