When setting up Healthmate I connected it to my iPhone Health App to track steps. I changed my mind. Turned it off in the Health App, however can’t get rid of all the steps showing in my Healthmate Timeline. Swiping them only lets you Share and not delete. Anyone know how to do this?

I have same problem, have only ever had weight show in timeline, recently linked health app and now can't get rid of heart rate or steps from timeline - despite turning all categories off in health app settings. Also showed sport but there is an option to delete that, not so with heart rate and steps....... I just want to change it back to how it was - please withings ??

I’ve asked and asked. They keep promising, but nothing. I guess our ask matters not to them. Wonder if Wyze’s new $20 scale and app is better?

Hey myechohome - so I've fixed mine !! I have it back to only showing weights, woo hoo !! It was definitely due to activating iPhone health app which I've decided I would rather disable than have all this junk showing in health mate timeline. Unfortunately you can't delete iPhone health app but you can delete the data. I use myzone app for fitness tracking etc so I don't need to use iPhone health app as well. I don't know exactly what I did but I did a lot in
"settings" "privacy" "health" - I think I deleted all data .
All I know is it wasn't enough to do just "settings" "privacy" "health mate" "turn all categories off" - which you would expect it would be....... I had previously tried turning only weight on - that didn't work. Whatever I did, I think that its iPhone health app communicating with health mate that you have to break, so if you want to use iPhone health app as well you probably cant fix.
iPhone health must have been getting my data from activity app or myzone and sharing it with health mate as I don't use my iPhone when exercising .... I use myzone belt so thats why I couldn't understand how health mate knew my steps and heart rate anyway. Work out how they are getting your steps and severe that communication - I suspect same as me it will be through iPhone health app....
Also I cant delete the extra data from timeline (steps & heart rate) that has already appeared but its stopped sending any more through so I'm really happy with that - hope this helps !!

I had this exact problem and finally figured it out. Like a previous post mentioned, I added the step count and then changed my mind but couldn't figure out how to turn off step count. On my android phone, the problem was Google Fit. If you're on an android, go to phone apps, and clear all cache and history in Google Fit and then disable it. I now get weight only from my scale, no new step count, although old entries are still in my feed. I don't think those can be deleted. Hope this helps someone else!

Same issue here. Some new "activities" (such as "Steps") got added to my timeline when I connected the Health Mate app to Apple's Health App. I went ahead and turned off syncing for all data except for Weight, but the new activities remain on the Health Mate dashboard and elsewhere. I'd really like a way to clear and deactivate these activities. (Seems like a "delete" option for each should be simple for the developers to add.)
