    I had the same issue as yours before. Given the condition that you have installed your watch before, you need to make sure that you have removed your device from your Bluetooth list and perform a reset on your watch in order for it to be detected again. Once done, uninstall the app, reboot your phone and reinstall it back. After this, you can now install your watch but if not, I suggest that you contact the support team at
