    Is your Thermo not turning on or just not taking measurements? If the Thermo is not turning on, you can replace the batteries with new ones. If the same thing happens, you can contact the support team so they can help you get it to work again at https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    I have a Withings Thermo and ... with fresh batteries, it will start up and shut down randomly... I have removed the batteries for a 24hr period to try and cycle the device I have attempted to reset it ... but in all situations, it will just become nonresponsive... we are a Withings household but our Thermo needs your help ... please advise
