Sync is a problem

Whenever I try to sync with my phone Lg brand the connection breakes several times and does not do what it supposed to do. I unstall and reinstall the app many times but no solution at all. Is there a way to fix the problem

You can try the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article from Withings Help Center https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013516093-I-m-having-syncing-issues-with-Withings-Move-What-should-I-do-. This article explains what to do if your data is not syncing. I hope this helps.
