    Is your watch not having a low battery level? You can charge your watch (Steel HR) or replace the battery (Steel) if the battery is low. You can also calibrate the watch to get the hands aligned properly. Make sure that the hour and the minute hands are aligned to 12 and the motion hand to 100 if you have a Steel or to 12 if you have a Steel HR. After this, you can observe the watch and see if it repeats the issue. If it does, you can contact the support team at https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to get this resolved.     Why does the motion hand is frozen at zero position and does not move even though the health matte app counts steps?
