    Hello,

Thank you for posting. As @jencharls878 suggested, please check the following article:

Body+ - My weight data seems inaccurate. What should I do?

You can also try these steps:

    1) Remove the batteries from the scale for a full 60 seconds and then reinsert them.

    2) Place the scale on a hard floor, wait 10 seconds, and weigh yourself.

Note that it is important that you wait 10 seconds after placing down or moving the scale before weighing yourself as the scale needs several seconds to calibrate. You must also wait 10 seconds in between each weigh-in so that it can recalibrate.

If you feel like the measurements are still not accurate, please test the accuracy of the scale by placing an object of known weight (weighing at least 15 pounds/7 kilograms) on the surface of the scale. The object should fit completely on the surface of the scale, and you should not touch it while it is on the scale to ensure an accurate measurement.

If you notice a big difference between the weight of the object and the weight displayed on the scale, you can contact us via https://within.gs/help. We will happily help you.

    Have a great week,

I found this on their website: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/218469808-Body-My-weight-data-seems-inaccurate-What-should-I-do-. You can follow the steps provided in that article. If the same thing happens, contact the support team at https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so that they can help you with your scale.
