Withings Steel HR Sport and Huawei P30 Pro

I cannot connect the two (Withings Steel HR Sport and Huawei P30 Pro).
What do I need to do?? Website says the phone is compatible.
Previously with iPhone, the setup was fairly simple.

Same with Huawei p20 pro now. Well, I had it connected, then it suddenly doesn´t work anymore :-(

Exact same issue with my Steel HR Sport/Huawei P20 Pro. Surprises me that this Huawei still is categorized as functioned on Withings positive list.

I have recently bought the steel hr and have the Sep8th 2021 update. Followed all helo advice several times but connection just keeps dropping off even with app on my phone main screen nit even on in the background! Checked uodates/firmware and settings - HELP!!!
