I changed the battery of my scale. In one of the articles about problem solving it says to go to bluetooth settings on my phone and forget the device. I did that. Now I'm trying to reinstall the device. When I open the app it says to turn the scale on by pressing the power button for 3 seconds. Then it says to search for the device. When I search for the scale it doesn't show up when it says "Select An Accessory" and I have rebooted my router and made sure that I have a connection to wifi on my phone and I make sure to keep the Withings app open during the entire process. I have read all of the problem solving documents and followed the directions but I haven't been able to connect my iPhone and the scale. Help!

Do you have new batteries on your scale? Having a low battery level can prevent the scale from being detected. If the same thing happens if the batteries are replaced, you can talk to the support team at https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
