Why can I not cancel my Cloud Video Recording service?
I have emailed and can't find any way to terminate this service besides now blocking my credit card.

How do i do this?

I found this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/204201867#unsubscribe which explains how to unsubscribe from the CVR plan. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the link Zane. The app link to the "Cloud Video Recording" is redirecting to a HealthMate app download nag.
