Duplicate Weights

    What I do is disconnect my account from the Health Mate app and just connect it again. This usually resolves the issue if my data from one app is not transferred to the other. If you have tried this and it is still the same, you can talk to the support team at Cheers!

    I have also been experiencing this issue as well, I contacted Withings Support about it and from the conversation with them, it seems that the duplicate weight measurements are being synced into the account from other partners app for which I am connected with. 

    There is suppose to be an update that will address this issue in the future so lets hope for the best!

    I have this problem too.

    I've had a Withings scale for years. But the problem just started within the last month or so.

    I hope they fix it soon.
