I fear the worst for my Steel HR, no amount of pressing and holding the button for varying amounts of time seem to be making an effect. The battery it showing 100% but the screen is off and the hands don't move. I've had it charging and you can feel the underside of the watch getting warm I assume this is a sign there is some kind of power to the battery. Any ideas would be welcome. Thank you!

My watch died yesterday. Customers support advised me to do all sorts. Followed advice and still nothing. Had it 3 months!

My brandnew Steel HR Sapphire Signature died today at 61% battery and came back to life an hour later with 58%. That's not what I expect from a $300 watch.

I will never buy another product from Withings again. They do not stand behind their products. Never again will I purchase from them. Their sport tracker is a piece of junk. Buy at you own risk then they try to get you to buy another one for 25%off when this is a new one never charged in the first place of its out of warranty. Never use it brand new how is it out of warranty. Horrible customer service!!! Beware !!!!!
